Minimalist Instructions
At IAIA we’ve had trouble getting students oriented to our three campus systems.

This term, we decided to reduce orientation week training to a minimum and to give students a ready reference to basic tasks. In response to these requirements, I composed a four-page PDF. It’s now linked to our CampusNet portal.
Results
We’ve had highly satisfactory results from this approach. Training went quite smoothly during orientation week. There have been few follow-up requests for help getting into our systems.
